In 1998, ZCME took over CPM company which USA Ingersoll-Rand invested in China. Based on the advantage of technique to improve the complete products of pellet mills, coolers and grinders, and ZCME Pellet Mill Die Co.,Ltd was founded.

In 1997, Jiangsu Huaiyin CP Feed Company with the annual output 360,000 tons invited international bids, ZCME group won the bid, became the first enterprise can design independently and build large complete feed engineering.

In 1992, Zhengchan feed machinery parent company was founded, which developed to six economical entity integrated companies, ZCME grain machinery plant, ZCME compLete engineering company, ZCME steel silo company, ZCME spare part plant, ZCME research institute and ZCME oil plant.
